Announcement on adjustment of export tax rebate policy Announcement No. 15 of 2024 of the General Administration of Taxation of the Ministry of Finance The relevant matters concerning the adjustment of the export tax rebate policy of aluminum and other products are announced as follows: First, cancel the export tax rebate of aluminum, copper and chemically modified animal, plant or microbial oil, grease and other products. See Annex 1 for the detailed product list. Second, the export rebate rate of some refined oil products, photovoltaic, batteries, and some non-metallic mineral products will be reduced from 13% to 9%. See Annex 2 for the detailed product list. This Announcement shall take effect as of December 1, 2024.
